Domestic Shipping
Standard Orders : All standard orders will be dispatched within 3 working days. The standard delivery timeline will be 3 to 6 working days after dispatch. Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only.

International Shipping:
Standard orders : We usually ship the product within 3 working days after receiving the order and try and deliver them within 9 to 12 working days. Orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only.

Customised Orders :
Order processing starts from the day of payment receipt against the order placed. For orders placed at 17:00 hours, it begins the next day.The products will be dispatched within 7 days based on the design and quantity.
 
Shipping Charges:
For international orders, shipping charges may differ according to the location of delivery and weight of the item/s to be shipped.

1. Custom duty charges, if any in your country, will be borne by customer.

2. After confirmation of order from our customer support team, products are couriered within three business working days for or refer product description in-case of made to order products

3. Information regarding the Airway Bill number will be communicated to the buyer after the products are dispatched.

THE KNOT STOP is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 3 days from the date of the order and payment for standard orders or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation for customized orders. Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration.
