Cancellation & Refund Policy

We guarantee that all products sold on The Knot Stop are brand new and 100% authentic. We recognize that customers may occasionally be dissatisfied with their purchase. If you are unhappy with your product, please reach out to us at theknotstop2023@gmail.com within 2 days of the receipt of goods. We are committed to addressing your concerns and finding a fair solution.

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24-48 hours of placing the order. Full refund  will be provided for standard orders that are canceled with 24 -48 hours of placing the order.

Orders cannot be canceled after shipment. 

Cancellation request may not be entertained for customized orders.

 

Refund Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your product, please reach out to us either on phone or though email and provide the   Order id details within 2 days of receipt of goods to discuss the issue and potential solutions.

Potential solutions may include replacement, exchange, or refund in the form of store credit. Replacement /exchange  is subject to availability of stock.

Customized products cannot be returned or replaced.
